Umusic Hotel Madrid

My recent stay at Umusic Hotel was a good experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, giving it a chic and modern feel. The location is excellent, conveniently close to public transport hubs. The staff provided excellent service, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as intermittent wifi and a slight inconvenience with the room temperature, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

Spotless, friendly staff, efficient housekeeping, pleasant rooms, good breakfast.

Loved our Christmas stay! The hotel was ultra-modern and spotlessly clean, with a spacious room and comfy bed. The location couldn't be beat, with everything we wanted to see and do just a short walk away. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Plus, the hotel had a fine rooftop bar where we enjoyed some amazing cocktails. A nice holiday!

Disliked the noisy air conditioning, had to switch it off and open the window, but then we were bothered by noise from the street and hotel facilities late at night. there was a smoke alarm incident due to theater rehearsal and ongoing decorating at the hotel, quite disruptive.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location in the center of town was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions on foot. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and modern rooms that were beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and always polite, making my stay even better. The breakfast provided was good, and the staff was helpful and nice.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Guests can easily explore the city without having to rely on transportation. the hotel offers a unique feature with a library of vinyls and a record player, providing a quirky and enjoyable experience for music lovers.

The gym facilities are quite small, which may limit options for those looking to maintain their fitness routine during their stay.

the modern rooms were kept immaculately clean and the complimentary toiletries were lovely. the breakfast options had a lot of variety and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar with its beautiful views and the auditorium added a unique feature to the hotel. Cons: My only minor issue was that the gym facility was small, but this was not a major problem as this hotel's location advantages provided plenty of opportunity to explore and stay active.

Nice staff, newly renovated rooms, great value for money, convenient location, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful bathtub in the room.
